crap, so all the newer versions - teams stats is still bugged.
now, im trying to re-intall the original v1.5b445 - but it wont accept my registration number and name to re-install.
I think there is a comdlg32.ocx file that i need to move over first and have done that.
still wont accept my registration #. ??

The file is "fhl.cfg". You need this file in order to make FHLSim 1.5b445 run. If I don't copy this file, I will not be able to enter in the program.
Here what I received with my registration from Wynn.
Please follow these instructions:
1. Install FHL. Do not launch the program. 2. Before running FHL.exe for the first time, detach and unzip the attached file overtop of the "fhl.cfg" in the folder where you installed FHLSim (this is typically C:\Program Files\Fantasy Hockey League\ ) 3. Run FHL. 4. Read, chuckle and accept the license agreement. 5. Enter your name and code at the prompt. 6. Click OK. 7. Have fun!
Thanks, Wynn
You should not get any file error if you install it in "C:\FHLSim\" and not in the "Program Files". The version 445 comes with the system files needed to run.
If you get "tabctl32.ocx" error, type this in PowerShell (DOS): cd\ cd %systemroot%\syswow64 regsvr32 /u tabctl32.ocx regsvr32 tabctl32.ocx exit

I emailed Wynn today and thats what he told me I needed. Luckily I had it saved on my old laptop hard drive and was able to copy it over.
Ive gone back to using the 445 for simming and I will use a later version to run the re-rates. I think ive read thats what others do as well, so should work ok.
thanks anyway Eric
