Easy way to rebuild league files

I know there used to be something somewhere that had a how to or a step by step way of rebuilding a fresh set of league files.

Can someone shoot me in that direction or if you know of a somewhat pain free way of doing it the league would appreciate any help.

our current league files are doing some weird things and I think it’s time to rebuild them.

You can it just takes work to do it

You have to export rosters or rebuild each player create new league files and the enter everything new but I thought someone had a step by step process to make sure it is a smooth process
