Needs: 2 teams, 10-12 team league
Fresh league.. Fictional Players, no salary cap, BUT there are finances.. Gotta pay the players or they sit out. There will be training camps and such to improve players. Sim rerates in offseason. Can use money to expand stadiums in offseason to earn more, etc. Will have a Junior League for prospects (will receive two rerates per season, one at midpoint, one at end). Should be a great league!
