Looking for a Coach Creator or editor

Anyone know of a way to edit coaches outside of the sim?  Sort of like how we can export players and edit and then import?  

I would like to find a quicker way of editing coaches and then importing back to sim.

If anyone has a solution that would work for everyone because i think this would he a handy solution to a somewhat clunky process.
