FYI, not sure any of you use paid hosting or just free versions but i use a webhost and am in the process of moving.
I was with just host and never had any issues but the cost kept going up year after year...i recently switched to Go Daddy but wanted to hear what you guys use and any experiences you have had with either.

I used Funio for about five years. I never got in trouble with this company. But like GoDaddy, the costs are going up year after year. When I registred for Funio, I was able to buy 10 years contract and I saved big on this, like $250 US for 10 year + 1 free domain. For the free webhost : www.000webhost.com/ is one of the best out there! I never try those but, they can be good: www.freehosting.com, www.5gbfree.com(the 2$/1year package seem a steal, but it just one year!, also, the free plan is quite good!) www.atspace.com/web-hosting

Free is always good! Another freebie that I have used is 000webhost.com.. I haven't used it for a production site, but I have used it for testing and it appears to work well.
