I use the DFC tool to convert a ROS file to CSV, do whatever I need to with stats etc, then convert that CSV to DRS using the same tool. Once that is done open the Sim with the correct league files, while the program is open copy over the current DRS with the newly created one and go File/Update Rosters. After that runs you should now see your rerates rosters. I can write it more step by step but this is all I have time for right now.

* Sorry if the screenshots are in French.
CONVERT CSV TO XLSX FILE IN EXCEL 2016 (Something similar for older versions)
Open a new Excel Blank Sheet, Go to Data and click on From Text.
Localize your LEAGUE.csv in "C:\Users\YourUserName\Downloads\dfc\scripts\" and click import
Excel will detect there are delimiters in the file. Just click next for this screen.
On this one, uncheck Tab and check Comma.
Click Finish.
Just click OK.
All your players should show like this in Excel. Go to File and Save As.
Click on Browse and located your "C:\Users\YourUserName\Downloads\dfc\scripts\", change the filename and press Save. Congrats, you have an Excel sheet of your FHLsim player database!
CONVERT .XLSX FILE TO .CSV (EXCEL 2016)
Open your .XLSX file with excel and save it (File -> Save As) to .CSV in your DFC Script folder (User/Downloads/dfc/scripts/)
If this popup appear, just click Yes.
Here we go! We returned back our .XLSX file into .CSV
CONVERT .CSV FILE TO .DRS FILE USING DFC
First, you need to download the latest update of DFC on the top of this thread because I modified it to be able to use it with the latest excel.
Second, copy your .CSV file into your "scripts" directory (User/Downloads/dfc/scripts/)
On Windows 10, Right-click on Startup Menu and Select Command Line (Admin). This will open Command Line in Admin Mode.
- Type "cd %HOMEPATH%\Downloads\dfc\scripts\". To select the scripts folder of DFC.
- Type "Import_drs.vbs LHSX2.csv LHSX2.drs". If a security warning is prompted, just click Open.
Here we go! You have successfully converted to your .DRS to Excel and back to .DRS!

I think this is the easiest and the quickiest way to do it! I was unable to use DFC.exe with Windows 10. This is why I use command line.

I help you a bit with this, I did another How To after the first one!
Returning xlsx file to a csv file is easy. You have just to save it in csv and select the delimiter Comma
